Lisa Johnson

Social Activities Director

Lisa brings 20+ years theatrical experience (including ten years on the board of another south metro theater) to her current role as Social Activities Director. She is a strong believer in performing arts and encourages all to play a part.

Lisa Johnson resides in New Market Township with her husband of 31 years, and two daughters. She is a mother of five adult children, and two of the cutest grandchildren ever! What started out as a hobby, grew into more active role, outside of performing, such as Stage Manager, Producer, Assistant Director, House Manager, Costumer, and Properties Manager. She has performed with the Players in three productions and counting; Wicked Witch in “Wizard of Oz”, Aunt Martha in “Arsenic and Old Lace”, and Housekeeper in “Fee, Fi, Fo, Fum”.

Lisa would like to thank you all for supporting your community LIVE theater! She’s been in four past productions with the players, “Wizard of Oz”, “Arsenic and Old Lace”, and “Oliver!”. She’s pretty new to this organization and she absolutely loves the theater arts. Currently, she’s also a board member and she would like to invite you to support PLP as a board member, actor, costumer, behind the scenes – you name it (Let her know if you would like the recipe for “Wiggle Waggle”!)
