Melanie Schmidt

Melanie Schmidt loves being on the board of the Prior Lake Players! Melanie Has been on the board since July of 2023 as Marketing Director. She manages and posts content on the Prior Lake Players Community Theatre Facebook Page as well as the @priorlakeplayers Instagram and this website.

Melanie makes all the cool edited videos you see alongside the detailed graphic design! She is a Prior Lake High School Alumni (2010) and went to the University of Minnesota Duluth to study Theatre and Film (2014). After college Melanie started her own company called Stage and Spotlights Community Theatre in 2016. She has been doing theater (producing, directing and acting) and content creation for 18 years alongside social media management for the past 9 years.
