Lauren Algyer

Lauren started her journey with the Prior Lake Players in 2012 as running crew during Fiddler on The Roof. She was active in the Prior Lake High School Theater and continued to support PLP as a patron. Lauren left the stage after high school to pursue her career as an Emergency Manager and was glad to come back to PLP in 2022. Lauren co-choreographed Spamalot with Keara Bores and jumped right back into life in the theater. Since then she has worked costumes, hair & make-up for shows and co-directed and co-choreographed Mary Poppins with Keara. Lauren now works for one of the neighboring school districts as their Emergency Manager and enjoys spending time with her PLP family both on and off stage.
